docs: Add comprehensive memory inventory and resale valuation

- Document physical memory configuration for workstation (24GB, 3x Hynix 8GB)
- Document Proxmox host memory details (112GB total: 6x 8GB Hynix + 2x 32GB HP)
- Add April 2026 resale valuation estimates (~$805 combined)
- Include DIMM-level details with serial numbers and part numbers
