jgitta bbb56056c0 owncloud: document and fix organize_photos.sh folder structure 
- Add full header doc block explaining purpose, patterns, and scheduling
- Inline comments on all functions and both processing passes
- Fix folder format: YYYY/YYYY-MM/ → YYYY/MM/ (year was redundant in subfolder)
- Add pass 2: migrate existing YYYY/YYYY-MM/ folders to YYYY/MM/
- Pass 1 now also handles Android-app pre-sorted YYYY/MM/ videos correctly

Also commit pending doc updates:
- README.md: remove Kopia stack, add ntfy entry, fix infrastructure.caddy note
- authentik/SETUP-GUIDE.md: add Mealie OIDC setup notes
- homelab-overview.md: remove Kopia refs, add Vaultwarden, fix TrueNAS/PBS wording

jgitta 92c96dc678 fix: restore files unintentionally reverted by sync commit 
- restore jgpc/ layout (undo accidental revert to thinkstation/), homelab-overview.md
  (June 13 version), docs/jarvis doc, owncloud scripts, siklos/beszel compose
- re-remove jellyfin/node-exporter and siklos/monitoring (replaced by Beszel)
- jgpc/frigate/docker-compose.yml: update to newer local version (cpuset pinning, 8G limit)
- root frigate-* files are local working copies -> gitignored

jgitta 094f8b5fec Add Frigate CCTV setup doc and current config.yml 
- frigate-cctv-setup.md: full hardware, camera inventory, stream
  architecture, go2rtc layout, retention settings, known quirks
- config.yml: current live Frigate config (all 6 cameras, H.265 main
  streams with H.264 transcoding for live view, ONNX/LPR on GPU)

- Add com.centurylinklabs.watchtower.scope=prowlarr label to prowlarr container
- Add watchtower-prowlarr service scoped to prowlarr only, runs at 4:05 AM
- Main watchtower (4:00 AM) handles radarr, sonarr, flaresolverr
- Prowlarr was getting toomanyrequests from lscr.io as the 3rd consecutive check
